Good questions, quick answers.
I've never ridden an ATV. Can I do this?
Absolutely. Every ride starts with a full safety briefing and practice laps on our training track. Your guide rides beside you the whole way and sets the pace to your comfort level.
Who can ride?
Solo drivers should be 16+. Kids from 7 years old can join as a passenger on a Tandem Bike with an adult driving. The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with serious medical conditions, children under 7, or adults over 70.
How long is the whole experience?
Around 2–3 hours from arrival to finish — briefing, practice, the climbs and muddy descents through jungle and rice terraces, the long river track, and your meal. Add transfer time if you book hotel pickup.
Is hotel transfer included?
Hotel transfer is an optional add-on, charged per vehicle round trip: Rp 250.000 for Ubud & surroundings, Rp 500.000 for Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta and Sanur, and Rp 700.000 for Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Benoa and Jimbaran. You can also self-drive to our basecamp in Payangan.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, comfortable clothes you don't mind getting muddy, closed-toe shoes, and a change of clothes. We provide helmets, boots, lockers, towels and toiletries — you will get wet on the river track!
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Book via WhatsApp with no deposit, then pay at the location in cash or by card — whichever is easier for you. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your ride. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
